Week Eight
This week the photos are of the kittens enjoying the open fire again. Every day they sit beside it waiting for me to light it, you would think the house was cold by the way they huddle against the grate, despite the heating being on. Then once the fire is lit they are little heat worshippers. The kittens alternate between chasing each other round the hearth and playing with their mice before settling down for a quick doze in front of the flames. I apologise for all the suit in the photos but five kittens tearing up and down really do make a mess. The kittens have also started sleeping in the firewood pile and we have nearly lost one or two in the coal bucket- just rescuing them as they hung precariously over the edge! The kittens really are part of the household and it is lovely to see them playing around the house with my other cats.

We have one kitten available
Truffle - chocolate point boy
Available
Truffle is the last kitten looking for a special home of his own. He is a confident kitten who is always first to come running when he hears my voice. Truffle also likes lots of cuddles and a warm knee to snuggle up on. His favourite toy is a pipecleaner spider that is nearly as big as him but that doesn't worry him and he still tries to kill it!
Truffle will be ready to leave in December 2012. Please contact me if you can offer him a loving home.
