Week Eleven

Thank you for your enquiries but all my kittens have now been reserved.

I can't believe it is week eleven already!  Time has flown with these kittens and it has been a pleasure to have them.
I'm afraid there are only a few photos this week as it has been a busy week.  I know kitten families will be keen to see photos of their chosen kittens and I will post individual pictures as soon as I can.
The kitten's personalities are really coming through now.  Beau, Sabiha and Amory are very boisterous and confident kittens, Amora, Amaias and Romeo are much more relaxed lap cats and Lyra just loves a cuddle.  There have been kitten visitors this week and the kittens have shown how confident and friendly they are, jumping all over our visitors and then curling up on their knee for a nap.  Sabiha has been showing off with her favourite orange mouse, running round the house with it in her mouth and growling at the other kittens to tell them that it is hers!  Little Amory has grown lots and lots and is now walking with a swagger!  Beau is just naughty and suits his pedigree name of Riobelle Rum Tum Tugger.  All the other kittens have kept their names for their pedigrees with the exceptions of Juliet who has become Riobelle Lyra and Romeo who is now Riobelle Panserbjorne.  Panserbjorne is the name of the snow bears in His Dark Materials (in which Lyra is the main character) and we thought it suited Romeo who is like a big gentle bear with frosty lilac points.  Romeo is the last kitten to be looking for a home as Amora will be staying at home for a little longer.

Kitten families have been visiting this week and most of the kittens have now found a home.  We still have Romeo and Amora looking for a special home.
The kittens have been for their first vaccination and vet check this week and passed with flying colours.  The only trouble was trying to get the cats back out the surgery with the whole waiting room cooing over them!
Working out kitten colours is notoriously difficult, trying to work out from a smudge of colour on their nose, what colour they will be when they grow.  This week the kittens' colours have really developed and I now have blues, lilacs, a lilac tortie and a cream point.

We have some kitten families visiting in the next weeks and most of the kittens have found lovely homes now.

Apologies for the late entry this week but we have been visiting family over Easter.
Most of the kittens are beginning to find lovely homes now however Amaias and Romeo are still looking for that perfect home and I am hoping they will find a family together.
The kittens now have the run of the downstairs of my house and are causing havoc!  There is never a dull moment with seven kittens and five cats tearing up and down or shouting to be rescued from the top of the climbing tower.
Amory is a real people cat and his latest trick is to flop over when he sees you so you can tickle his tummy.  He is still wolfing his food and has gained a bit of a pot belly recently.
Beau is the naughtiest of the kittens by far, always pouncing on my feet or trying to climb my leg.  He literally never stops and is not a kitten for the faint hearted!
Amora and Juilet are turning into very pretty little kittens.  Juilet has a huge purr and is nearly as naughty as Beau whereas Amora is a little more ladylike.
Romeo and Amaias are always playing and sleeping together.  They are both big Walter Mitties who need lots of cuddles, especially when the hoover comes out.  Romeo looks like he will grow into a big handsome boy.
Finally Sabiha is a lovely big girl and she is looking very pretty now her seal markings are coming through.  She is a confident kitten who likes to be involved in everything that is going on.  Sabiha is a little tom boy who is always wrestling with her brothers or running around with a toy mouse in her mouth.

The kittens are growing so fast now.  Theya re very confident little climbers and jumpers and love testing their new skills as they chase each other round my living room.  Despite their small size, seven kittens hurtling round a room sound like a herd of small elephants and cause about as much chaos.  After playtime they love to find a cosy knee to fall asleep on.
The kittens are all eating well and enjoying trying different foods such as chicken, tuna, and their favourite, ham.  Litter training has been a dream with not a single accident.
Now the kittens are seven weeks old, I have begun to look for their forever homes they will go to at fourteen weeks old.  If you feel you could offer a loving home, please get in touch.
