Weeks Four to Six
Its been a busy few weeks with the kittens now running around the house. The kittens have finally weaned although Noel was very sceptical about food for a long time. Now the kittens love scrambled egg and come running when they see me with their bowl.
Ivy is a very loving little girl, always purring when I pick her up. She is the smallest in the litter but makes up for it with her confidence and affectionate personality. Ivy loves her food and has been known to bite the other kitten's toes when they stand in her food bowl!
Noel is very confident and likes to explore with Holly as his partner in crime. He is the largest in the litter by a long way and earned himself the name Hulk when he was really little as he was so fat. Noel has been the last to start eating solid food as he has enjoyed his mum's milk so much however he has begun to try a little scrambled egg now. There are a lot of photos of Noel below as I couldn't resist photographing him with his huge silly floppy ears!
Tinsel always has a very worried serious look on his face with his big forehead and fluffy ears. He likes to watch the other kittens get into trouble while pretending to be good himself. Tinsel loves his food and will often eat all his scrambled egg and then eat the adult cat's food as well!
Holly is a sweet confident girl. She was hand raised for the first week of her life as she couldn't work out how to feed from mum. However with a little help, she soon learnt and is now one of the biggest kittens in the litter. Holly loves to run around with a toy, cotton wool ball, ribbon or sweet wrapper in her month growling fiercely to the other kittens that it is hers and she's not sharing!
I hope you enjoy the photos below of the last few weeks with the kittens.
