The kittens are all gaining well this week and Emunah is being a super mum.  One kitten was a little sleepy for a few days so I topped him up with kitten milk but he soon figured out mum's milk was far nicer!    The kittens have all opened their eyes this week and are beginning to move around their nest box on little shaky legs.

Chikuai Emunah x CH Karamushi Cheeky Chester

Emunah's four kittens were born safely after a quick labour on 6th August 2011.  She had contractions through the night and then delivered her kittens within an hour and a half showing what a natural mother she is.  Emunah is now very content feeding her kittens in her nesting box.

The sire is CH Karamushi Cheeky Chester of Burnthwaites Siamese.  Many thanks to Ross Davies for allowing Emunah to visit his handsome boy.

As both Emunah and Chester are red point Siamese all their kittens will be red point Siamese.  More photos to follow later.
